da_recruiter, placing ads for the Armada at four RPG announcement sites, and looking for good chat places. I think the best way to advertise a Trek sim is by word of mouth, as there are ten gazillion sims out there, and the only way to really spread your enthusiasm for one is to do so in 'person.'
