You Know You're Too Heavy When...

Happy Valentine's Day!

Work:

Me: "I'm looking at buying one of those weight scales that has a detachable display. I don't want a talking one, because then, it would blab all over the house, "Chantal, you weigh 142 lbs!"

My Boss: "Oh, my goodness! Imagine, if you had one of those talking weight scales, and when you got too heavy, it would say, 'One of you, get off!'"

I love my boss! :)

Artichoke Ranch Dip

Vicki's Artichoke Ranch Dip

1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream.
2 cups of real mayonnaise.
2 cans of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped up) the more expensive one you buy, the better they will taste).
2 envelopes of Ranch dressing.

Combine ingredients. Best made the night before. You can halve this easily and still have enough for a few people.
