Gregorian Chant Classes

I plan to apply to take Gregorian chant classes at the Gregorian Chant School at the University of St. Thomas. I am writing to the instructor, since I will have to miss two of the eight sessions. If he requires attendance at all sessions, I won't be able to do this. I want to, though. I might never have a better chance to learn to sing this type of music.

If I take the class, I will be performing on...Samhain. (g)

EDIT: I spoke with the chant class director. He said the two missed classes will not be a problem; I can sing with the schola for two nights. Hurray!!!
