So Beautiful, I Could Cry for Joy
Aug. 18th, 2009 10:09 pmI have just discovered the most amazing artist. Her name is Akiane Kramarik.
She is 15 years old. She painted Prince of Peace at age 8. She wrote a poem to accompany the painting, as well--a brilliant poem, the equal of anything written by Rumi, I think.
I didn't think any artist could distract me from my adoration of John William Waterhouse's work, but Akiane Kramarik is right up there.
