Looking at Tablets

I'm looking at tablet computers tonight. So far, I've looked at the Blackberry Playbook, Samsung Galaxy, Motorola Xoom, and the iPad. My goal is to see if any of them are suitable for using to write with. I'm guessing none of them come with Word loaded, but, since they can access the Internet, I'm guessing that getting to Google Docs shouldn't be a problem.

Does anyone have any recommendations or preferences? How well are these devices geared for screen magnification? It may be that most folks don't even look at that, but if you do own one of these tablets, please let me know what you think. Thanks!
