Writer's Block: I'm looking at the ___ in the mirror

I think I have two or three inner selves.

There's the whiny, tearful, self-pitying inner self, who would tell me how extremely put-upon and lonely, and ineffectual she feels, and I'd want to whap her upside the head and tell her to grow a spine.

There's the joyful saint, who I deeply admire for her reverence for asceticism and mysticism and who I so cannot emulate.

I'm sure there are a couple of others, but those are the main ones who come to mind.
